As soon as you handle the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, it feels powerful. The design caught my attention right away. Fusion Black, Fusion White, and Fusion Purple are the fusion of colors that make it stylish. I’ve been using the Fusion Purple version, which has vibrant colors without being garish. Ultra-thin bezels and a 3D curved front combine to produce an immersive screen experience that is difficult to look away from.
In relation to the screen, the 6.67″ AMOLED display is quite striking. The resolution of 1.5K? The colors are vivid and lifelike, seemingly leaping off the screen, and the image is sharp. Moreover, the 120 Hz refresh rate makes everything fluid, whether I’m scrolling or playing a game.
Let’s now discuss the camera. It has a 200MP primary lens and an amazing 2X and 4X lossless in-sensor zoom. I took a few pictures, and even at high magnification, the detail was excellent.
This is a very capable device in terms of performance. The MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra ensures that everything operates quickly and efficiently. Multitasking comes naturally to me. And it took roughly 20 minutes to go from 0% to 100% with 120W HyperCharge. I tried using the phone to play games like Asphalt 9, Genshin Impact, and COD Mobile, and all of them worked smoothly with vibrant colors on the AMOLED screen.
The Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and IP68 rating give this phone a feeling of toughness, and the in-display fingerprint reader functions well.
Also, the software is clean. On Android 13, MIUI 14 has a polished yet comfortable feel. It will also be among the first gadgets to get the eagerly awaited HyperOS update in 2024.
